Payment Processing for Churches and Nonprofit Organizations
Every dollar in processing fees is a dollar that does not go toward your mission. We work with churches, 501(c)(3) organizations and nonprofits to review their current processing costs, explain their options and set up accounts with transparent pricing and direct support.

Payment Solutions for Nonprofits
Nonprofits and churches accept donations in more ways than ever — at the giving station, online, at events and through recurring giving programs. A merchant account that supports all of these channels, with pricing you can verify on every statement, keeps more of each donation working toward your mission.
We work with organizations of all sizes — from small local churches to established regional nonprofits — across Oklahoma and beyond.
Transparent interchange-plus pricing
Fees are itemized line by line on every statement — interchange, markup and ancillary fees are never bundled into a single rate that obscures what each transaction costs.
In-person and online donation acceptance
Accept card donations at the giving station, online through a giving page, or at events and fundraisers — all connected to the same merchant account.
Recurring giving support
Donors can authorize a fixed giving amount on a regular schedule. The card is charged automatically without the donor needing to re-enter payment information.
Direct local support
Questions about your statement, your equipment or your account are answered by David Hopwood directly — not a call center or a ticketing system.
Organizations we work with:
Online and In-Person Donations
Donors give when and how it is convenient for them. A merchant account that supports both in-person and online giving means you are not leaving donations on the table because a donor did not have cash or could not find your giving page.
In-person giving stations
Countertop and kiosk-style terminals at the entrance, lobby or giving table allow donors to give by card during services, events or office hours. EMV chip and tap-to-pay are supported on all current hardware.
Online giving pages
A payment gateway connected to your merchant account allows donors to give through your website or a dedicated giving page. Donors can give a one-time amount or set up a recurring schedule at the time of their first gift.
Text-to-give and QR code giving
Some gateway platforms support text-to-give and QR code links that direct donors to a mobile-optimized giving page. Availability depends on the gateway configuration selected for your account.
Virtual terminal for phone gifts
Accept card donations called in by phone through a browser-based virtual terminal. No additional hardware required.
Recurring Giving
Recurring giving is one of the most reliable ways for churches and nonprofits to build a predictable donation base. A donor who sets up a monthly gift contributes consistently without needing a reminder — and without your organization needing to process a new transaction manually each cycle.
Recurring giving is set up at the time of the donor's first card transaction. The donor authorizes a fixed amount on a chosen schedule, and the card is charged automatically going forward.
Event and Fundraising Payments
Galas, auctions, community dinners, walk-a-thons and other fundraising events require payment acceptance that works away from a fixed location. Mobile and wireless options allow your team to accept card donations anywhere the event takes you.
Mobile card readers
Compact readers paired with a smartphone or tablet for galas, community events, door-to-door campaigns and any environment where a fixed terminal is not available.
Wireless terminals
Portable terminals with LTE or Wi-Fi connectivity for fundraising events, church lobbies and outdoor gatherings.
Virtual terminal
Accept phone-in donations and manually entered card gifts through a browser-based virtual terminal — no hardware required.
Transparent Nonprofit Pricing
Many nonprofits and churches are on flat-rate or tiered pricing — structures that bundle interchange, markup and fees into a single rate. This makes it difficult to see what each donation actually costs to process, and it often means the organization is paying more than necessary.
Interchange-plus pricing passes the actual card network interchange rate directly to the organization and adds a fixed, disclosed markup. Every line item is visible on the statement. This is the most transparent pricing model available and makes it straightforward to verify what you are paying.
Some card networks publish reduced interchange rates for qualifying nonprofit and charitable organizations. Whether a specific organization qualifies depends on how the merchant account is classified, the card type used by the donor and the card network's current program requirements. We review this as part of any account setup or statement review — we do not promise qualification in advance.
